I n 1950 Alan Turing, a Cambridge University mathematician and logician, who orchestrated the solving of the Nazi's WWII Enigma Code, proposed the question, "Can machines think?". He proposed a test, known now as the Turing Test, whereby True A.I. could be determined. If a human interacted with a computer and the human couldn't tell it was a computer, then the test would be passed and would prove the existence of A.I. I n 1963 I.J. Good speculated that IF Artificial Intelligence were created it would lead to an Intelligence Explosion causing unforeseeable changes to Human civilization — beyond humanity's ability to control. Humanity would never recover. This event has been given the moniker, The Technological Singularity.

• Be able to create sophisticated, inscrutable, and comprehensive plans to dominate any Physical, Emotional, or Psychological scenario
